Totally agree, used to be able to sit for hours and bing watch the videos but now I can't even get through these 15 minute ones because there all over the shop and loose interest real quick.

All jokes aside this whole business of running your own media is a beast and we all need ppl like you to take care of yourself and show the world what healthy boundaries and a healthy mental life looks like. Everything else stems from that inner relationship. Never feel like you have to take away from yourself to give anything to us. We are all the same and we all need all the help and reminders of what REALLY matters.

A helpful tip when you spear fish with a bow or a normal spear above water, make sure when you aim you aim just in front of it becuase according to science 5e water break because of its density and makes it appear at a different angle. Hope this helps😊
