    Thank you for the workout 😊. I tried it yesterday and it was really helpful that you always mentioned what to do and not to do in the exercises. I liked the exercises even though some were really difficult for me. But you explained them very well so I could follow along 👍🏼

      Glad you enjoyed it and found the cues helpful. Technique can definately be hard to get right, but keep practicing it gets easier :)

    Thanks for the training! I love your videos. I have a question, after completing this upper and core routine, its possible to continue with the lower body workout? I mean, Could do both routines in 1 day or isnt recommended? Greetings from Peru 🇵🇪
