Yesss me too lol I was so excited that they were bringing the show back with a new host(Leslie Jones) and everything but with all that's going on in the world they decided to cancel it
"When you're trying to grab our giant four-foot salamis, you need all the support you can get." Whoever wrote the commentary for this show had the best one-liners...
Yep, from 1990-1995 & from April to June of 2000. He's on the same level as Don Pardo, Charlie 'O Donnell, Gene Wood & Johnny Olson, Bob Hilton & Rod Roddy & in terms of legendary game show announcers.
It's not too often where a team gets totally shut out. Kinda sad they had to go through with the Big Sweep knowing they had zero chance against the team that had almost two full mins more than they had.
That one team is just pathetic. They didn’t muster up a single 10 seconds, the guy made his wife do the sweep and without the bonus and shopping list their grocery total was only $168. Did they even bother to try? 🤦♂️🙄
Jerry, I'd not be surprised if they rerun an episode from this season in which a team found the money without even solving either of the first 2 clue items and found out later, Ruprecht still hasn't explained yet about solving each of the first 2 clues before going for the $5000. Next season, they did at least 50 episodes with the Manager's Special but not many teams produced 4-digit totals in the Big Sweep during the time period of at least 50 episodes with the Manager's Special.

Darren Doyle That kind of reminds me back then of the past Game Show called Legends Of The Hidden Temple where a player missed the other Half Pendant and subsequently was captured by the last Temple Guard ending the Temple Run in a Triple Seizure.
This is the episode Jerry Wright was talking about where a team found the money without even finding the second product but time ran out on them anyhow, how much longer will it be until Ruprecht reminds the team about solving each of the first 2 clue items before going for the $5000? It seems that had to wait til next season or at least when the $100 Coffee bonus debut later this season along with the premiere of the audible dialogues in the opening montage.
With all the episodes aired, I was surprised no one found the money product first, went back to find the 2nd product then, without reading or solving the 3rd clue, just went straight to money right after
There was an episode like that in the middle of the 2000 season. They saw the third item (Crest), and then they eventually found the get well card which actually was the second item, and immediately ran back to get the money!
this sweater is the best so far lol
Still watching in 2020! This game is awesome 🙌👍 gets my heart rate up and I'm not even in the run! LoL
Yesss me too lol

This game show can make people hungry.

This seemed like a very strategy-filled Big Sweep. Everybody wanted to get what was on the shopping list before going for the other groceries.
This was one of those game shows that Johnny Gilbert announced while he was announcing still on Jeopardy.

How u go through a whole game and don't get a single 10 seconds....
tyra riley they were just there for the answers lmfao
@@almavazquez81 I saw it happen again in 2001.
🤣😭😂
There was at leeast one team who won the Sweep with only the 1:30

Whoa oh my God

She didn’t get that back before the buzzard
I love this game show hope they bring it back ive always wondered if they let the winner keep the groceries they put in their cart's 🤔
No they reused it, and it got spoiled, and the meat was usually fake
It is coming back. Leslie Jones is the Host. David (the original host) is trying to get them to hire him as the announcer. I hope they do
A young lady might be surprised to find this goldfish stone in her engagement ring. 🤨
Why is this in -1080p
A mother of 2 only children? Wtf?
Also, what a dominate performance. 3:20. I've never seen anything like this. Ever.😮
I thought that's what she said.

First. Thanks 4 uploading
Troy Andrew you want a gold medal for the dumb comment?
And I believe there was an occasion where the team found the money a half a second to late

Well, when did they start numbering the markers that were put on the bonus game products? They didn't do that at first!

Roland, the episode you were talking about was it with Johnny Gilbert or was it with Randy West you were referring to?
It was the first $5000 win that aired after Randy West took over as announcer!
That was one of the worst clues at the end that I've ever seen on this show. Not sure how they were supposed to get to the answer based on that.
