    This video was so helpful! Thank you all for teaching us 😊 I really love the style of this centerpiece, it is exactly what I want to make for a friends' wedding in July so it is just what I needed 😊

    Would you do one of these for a rectangular table? And then some bud vases just like you showed at the beginning? One is enough?

      This style of arrangement works perfectly for a rectangular vase! You can add additional bud vases or simply do a single runner, it depends on how much floral you'd like on the table!

    Big time introvert here Hi Callie 🙋‍♀️
    Your vidoes crack me up! I love the editorials. The eco friendly mechanic green thing looks like a giant turd 😅

    Gorgeous runner, I wish you would mention the name of flowers that have been used in arrangement so if anyone wants to order them !

      @FlowerMoxie I meant the name of specific roses or other flowers . Like the name of rose or stock you have used in arrangement. ❤

    If you have a compote filled with water and you are using foam as your mechanic, will the flowers last longer (therefore can build further out) than this tray/foam situation due to having more water to soak up?

    • @FlowerMoxie
      @FlowerMoxie  Рік тому

      Definitely having a water reservoir will help with a drinking source for your stems while also keeping the foam moist so it doesn't dry out. I would still only recommend building your arrangements in foam 2-3 days in advance before your event. While the foam will let your flowers drink, it's not as good of a drinking source as fresh water would be. If you'd like to make your arrangements further in advance (in a compote) I would suggest doing chicken wire instead of foam!

      @@FlowerMoxie if you make it 2 or 3 days before, do you need to keep the arrangement in the fridge? And if so... how? 😂
      Is it doable to make say 10 of these, one for each table?

    Can you wrap the floral foam in cling-film before inserting it into the tray (and tape it down) to keep the moisture into the block?

    • @FlowerMoxie
      @FlowerMoxie  7 місяців тому +1

      I've seen people use clingfilm or even aluminum foil too! In theory it should help keep the moisture in but you definitely want to ensure there's a small reservoir of water in the bottom of the tray!

    Stock is lovely, but too fragrant to use around food. It can be overpowering. Beautiful arrangement though.

    What about faux flowers that don’t have stems, just the buds, what kind of center pieces could I do?

    • @FlowerMoxie
      @FlowerMoxie  5 місяців тому

      You can easily make a dummy stem for faux blooms that don't have stems. Use either wire or a wooden stake to create a "dummy stem" for your faux blooms!
