These van don't seen to rust, but it odd that most rot on the jacking points you would think been a jacking point it would be made twice at strong been a jacking point, 🙄
@@ON-THE-DRIVEWAY Is this a clip connection (a latch with O-rings inside) or do you need to heat the wire with a blowtorch? Can I replace this hose with a rubber pump myself without tools, or do I have to go to a car mechanic's workshop? Thank you for your answer and best regards 🙂🚐
@jjcale1976 Yes, red and green for flow and tank return, push the connector together to pop the apart If you want the the connector of the pipe then can gently cut the pipe off the fitting if you swapping then rubber pipes DONT USE HEAT if the pipes are on the van they could have fuel still in them 👍
Can I ask, how do I drain the tank?, I’ve put fuel in and it’s not showing the amount I’ve put in. It doesn’t go past 3 bars on the digital screen even though I know I’ve put more in (Vauxhall vivaro 2012)
Theres 2 joins up on the inner riverside for the flow and tank return, and split there, and then if you wanted you can change that bit to the primer bulb, and to the prv on rail and fuel pump if you want to 👍, If you need a video, I sort one out on this blue I have
Ive just welded both my jacking points up on my vivaro. They were rotted to hell on a 2006 van

I had both front points corroded
Do I have to lower the tank to replace fuel lines?
No mate
There's a join just under drivers side rail in the conner

Pop the rubber hose off the botton of the tank pull out the white anti-siphon plug and use a 12v pump to pump it out 👍
Why didnt u film the entire procidure from up to down with all hoses coming off
