Just got re-recommended some old Terry Davis videos and, to me, the core of the main tragedy in his life was that he simply believed that if he had the talent and the ability and the determination and made something worthwhile, he would be valued for it, but he simply wasn't. The world will not pay you for putting your best foot forward, you have to fight for yourself to be valued too.
