It's great to see how it's done in other parts of the world. I'm in Texas and I use a vacuum to pull all of the air out of the shell side and pull the bladder to the tank walls.
yes that's also quite often to use vacuum which may create the same effect. but we also travel to other parts of the word where may be a compressor or air blower can be easily found instead of a vacuum pump...:D thanks. regards.
@@kamarankhoshnaw4097 1- isolate vessel from fire protection system. 2- Open the water drainage valve let the pressure escape from drainage but do not drain all water. keep some water inside. Close water drain valve. 3- Open top air purge valves on top both at water and foam sides and keep them open. May be it would be really good to attach a flexible hose to upper water air purge side to drain the water. 4- Attach your foam pump to foam loading port. 5- Let the same quantity of water escape from top as much as you load foam concentrate. 6- When you see foam goes out from the foam vent, it means you have finished loading.

Sir, We are designing a foam base deluge sprinkler system as we have combustible solid and liquid material tanks. So, my question is, How many no. of open type sprinklers should be on 1" or 2" line for Ordinary Hazard Group 2 and what should be the density of the water used for this system.?

The density depends on the hazard. And the amount of nozzles depends on the hydraulic calculations.
