Indian culture is entirely based on family values exactly like Iran, I have visited Tehran in 2017 for 5 days, I was shocked to see beauty of Tehran, even people are so friendly. I have visited King's palace for one day, your heritage is also so rich, Iranian beauties are wonderful. One of my friend from Israel complained me, I should not visit Iran, but she does not know anything about Iran.
You know the best part about 5500 years ago indian kings had war amongst each other the way king from the industry valley won that battle and due to rivalry
Indian and Iranian got seprated we were same due to kings the people of a land got seprated that's why sanskrit and old Persian had so much in common that war is das rajyam means the war of 10 kings

I can understand why they find our movies dramatic. Persian cinema is realistic and slice of life, the set, situations, expressions etc are what a common person can relate to that's why they find Indian cinema so larger than life dramatic and superficial.

That is because they watch the wrong movies. Your opinion of Hollywood should not be based on just Adam Sandler movies. Similarly your idea about Bollywood should not be just based on the larger than life rom coms. It should also be based on outstanding Bollywood movies like Ship of Theseus, A Wednesday, Ugly, Sarkar, Deewaar, Satya, Kaun, Tumbbad, as well as great regional movies like Pather Panchali, Nayak, Nayagan, Lucia, Drishyam, Ratsasan, etc.

To be fair, we have this conception because this is what Parsi's (Zoroastrians that fled Iran with the arrival of Islam) told us way back when and continue to say. In all honesty, that probably was the ground situation back then when they fled and they thought no one was left, but I'm glad to hear there are people of the original faith there.

Rest alll are filled with untalented cast, terrible direction, ear raping songs and corny ass sense of humour. They also treat talented actors and some magnificent classical singers like shit.
Perhaps Iran has forget their past, the glorious past when it used to be Persia, a major partner in trade, had extended relationship in culture, food, their contribution to each others economy and many more. Would love if you work on it and get it back. Love from India...❤️❣️
@Jinga Randy Those Dark Skinned South Indians and Bengalis have more of the genes of the native compared to the fair skinned north Indians who look very similar to these Iranian/Persians. South Indians have managed to remain their ancient idendity, where its languages were the Native Indian language prior to foreign Aryan mixture of language, gene and religion.

Iran have the best wrestlers in the world. It's beautiful mosques, ancient bathing places, Chai restaurants, its amz carpets, its food... great architecture too... great history and civilisation. My brother recently bought a beautiful flat from an Iranian businessman in Dubai. We have many Iranians settled in Mumbai and run the famous Iranian restaurants.

The boy used the word "Gaw" for cow, it's same in Sanskrit "Gau/Gaw" till today. Persians & North Indians are similar in genes, language. Religion is no doubt different but old Persian religions were much similar to Hinduism. Old Persian & Vedic Sanskrit were sister languages derived from same ancestor language. Sad to see people in Iran today are uninformed. Nevertheless they seem friendly people, would love to visit the country one day.

What Shinde is saying is that the IVC peoples did not have Central Asian pastoralist-derived ancestry. The IVC samples did not share a genetic link with those samples belonging to the Sinthastha culture (central Asian, Indo-European speaking, “Aryan” populations that arrived later).
Shinde is saying that the IVC samples show a mix of two major genetic sources: Ancient Ancestral South Indian population (native' south asian component, most closely related to south East Asian hunter gatherer groups that live on the Andaman and Nicobar islands. This genetic ancestral component is highest today among south indian tribal groups) and Ancient Iranian Neolithic populations (relate to ancient iranian farmers from zagros mountains in the caucasus region and spread to iranic region. Balochis/Brahuis tend to have this component the highest at 75%).
Most South Asians alive today are a mix of these three genetic lineages with varying proportions by caste/region: Central Asian pastoralist, Iranian Neolithic and Ancient Ancestral South Indian.
