I am a working mom with 3-year old, aspiring to be someone who is more organized, better at looking after people that’s near and far from me. Growingly I feel like I am hitting a wall that’s always going to be there, stash of stuff just weighing me down as a reminder of.. my laziness and alike, brain fog for having too much in my head but also being easily forgetful. Watching your video, how you intend to live your life, is really speaking to me as I am beginning to really realize that it has to start from looking after myself, which I easily forget to do. Last week I took my son to meet Santa, and I was taken aback as I couldn’t answer his question asking me what I want for Christmas. I feel like I am constantly buying stuff - for kids, for house and for me too, but really not intently, as I am just trying to gather my thoughts here after watching your week 1 & 2 videos. As always, hugely helpful! And thanks for the challenge. Off to offloading what I don’t want to carry over starting 2023! 😊

It's congruent with the overall aim of intentional living and allowing my nervous system to practice slow living. I love journaling, but I never used to give a lot of thought to vision boards, I never saw the point. But these days, I turn to my vision board a lot, I made one for myself on Pinterest and it means a lot to me
Every time I set out to create goals, or plan, a lot of the time I’m hung up on the “where do I start?” And taking a moment of introspection is a game changer, reflect, and see where you’re at right then. Then you can dive into the goals/plans/vision. After 2022, I’m hoping 2023 is better 💜
I was 40+ before hearing "vision board." And even then I was not completely sold. However, time has given me a chance to explore new and unchartered territory and vision boards have found a place. YAY! lol
Love how you integrated the vision board into your journal, and the tip to keep it front and center in the spaces we spend time. It's a great way to keep focus on our visions moving forward!

Love vision boarding! The last 2 years I’ve done my digitally too and it really helps to have it in as many places as possible, mac Lock Screen, phone background, ipad background etc. I even create a Pinterest board with the same images and use the widget to rotate the images on my ipad Home Screen every hour ❤

I started using a digital planner template this year but it turns out I only used the reflection prompts on the planner - I prefer to plan my day on gcal and notion so I didn't end up fully utilizing my planner... this vision journal on the other hand seems like just what I need, such a great idea! 💕
