I would suggest to use a nose clip if your nose hurt. Or always think to blow bubbles when you do a flip.
if i do blow bubbles, i always run out of air to blow bubbles midway through the flip. do u have any tips for that? :(
a nose clip would be the best option for you

When I try to do a flip my hands spin like crazy and it flips me over
How do u practice holding your breath for a long time? Usually i can hold my breath for not even 5 seconds and then I start to have a panic attack XD I’m quite useless in water
How do you keep water from going in your ears when doing flips?

btw, did you come up with the names for these yourself, or is it some globally used mermaid show lingo?
One problem is cannot find a pool to practice.
if i were her i would by a $20,000 mermaid tail thats super pretty cause hers is kinda plain
