A mouse has way more control in its sensitivity. Our sticks dont really, we have a max speed and it’s not the easiest thing to slow it down. It’s easier to make fine motor adjustments in the movement in your arm than it is with the sticks

We all need to stop about this aim assist thing because Before Ghost Aydan and Nickmercs did good in the skirmishes, aim assist was no big deal because everyone said that PC was better. Now that console players are getting better, the PC players are complying that Aim Assist is "AUTO AIM". Aim assist is there cause PC players have there whole wrist to aim and console players aim on a stick. If PC players are so mad about Aim Assist then why dont they switch to console. BTW I PLAY ON A KEYBOARD AND MOUSE!

PC players forget where they came from. Nobody seemed to have a problem with aim-assist in the COD, Gears and Halo days. They should know how hard it is to play a shooter on console without aim-assist.

As a pc player who was forced to switch to console, I decided to try no aim assist after getting pretty good at console, I can say aim assist does not help nearly as much as people say it does
Exactly this. It for sure helps a lot but there are also so many scenarios where aim assist gets in the way. And a huge part of high level fortnite is close range build battle and jumping shotgun shots. And when on console, hip firing with a shotgun has little to no aim assist.

On PC, you're able to flick shot better, build better and snipe better than Console players. Look at all those no Scopes and hunting rifle kills in game plays. 99% are PC players. It's hard to snipe on console. Way easier on mouse with enough practice.

Yeah but aim assist is NOT “auto aim” I hear everyone call it auto aim but it’s not. All aim assist does is give a slight drag to help guide your shot but you have to aim in on them first. Trust me there are hella console players with shit aim because aim assist is not what people think.
On PS4 is harder to play fortnite, try play on ps4 without aim assist.

My cousins and I switched from Xbox and PS4 to PC with keyboard and mouse. It took us around 1-2 months, each of us differently, to get good. I've noticed from our game plays that we are much better using k&m than controller. Cuz we can build and flick shot like crazy easily after practicing A LOT.

aim assist is fair, it allows any console player to get to a 70 percent success rate, and a pc player will usually start at 20 percent when console starts at 70, aim assist is easier but pc if your skilled is a much stronger fps platform that shouldnt complain about aim assist, all aim assist does is even out the playing field a bit
