In the most recent trailer the smoke is orange which is Gina's signature colour. It could also imply a "smokescreen" which is a metaphor for someone hiding their true intentions, so Gina lying about believing Dean and getting close to him to trick and prove Linda was right. Gina also did this sudden 180 on the same episode Linda referred to her as a sister, that's no coincidence.
I wouldn’t be surprised if George catches Dean out hurting / abusing Linda again so he knocks him off & that’s why Linda’s cleaning the lounge floor. Definitely Nish downstairs. Too obvious for Rocky as we all know the character is leaving already.

I imagine it’s George that kills dean upstairs while defending one of the girls but it’s Linda or Gina that covers for him and turn themselves in
