A laptop with a Good CPU like around 2.6 to 3.2 ghz is more than enough. Make sure you have atleast 4 GB of VRam, that type of laptop might cost you around 60-80 thousand.

CMK can be used for cross-account scenarios at 20:36 your slides read it used only for my account. I think thats a typo in ur slide.

it basically depends on how you want to design your auth , basic symmetrical keys also works
Does the encryption and decryption operation happen locally or do we send data to aws and they send the encrypted data in response?
you have to use aws api to encrypt and decrypt or store them by default encryption so that u can decrypt them later
