    tarun sir there is strain in my back muscle (in lower back) so i havent done my back workout from last 2 months but im training other muscles lightely ...should i continue or i should take a break.And most important can i do running (on road).please suggest me .

      chetan kamble hello, both time is good, its all up to you when you are free, if you workout for 45min then just think about workout nothing else, like when you workout in morning then don't think that you have to finish your workout because u are late for office or school, college same in evening just concentrate on your workout nothing else otherwise you waste your time...

      you can have whey protein or 6 egg whites after workout.

    sir how do u define "moderate weight"?
    a time will come when that"moderate weight" will feel too light and u neeed to increase it(progressive overload)
    im dealing with rc injury 4 the past 3 years & whenever i goes to my phyisiotherapist he says" do moderate weight training"
    but what is actually the so called "moderate weight" if we apply the principle of progressive overload,u have to increase the weight over the due course of time
    isnt it?

    Sir I'm a big fan of fitness .....i dedicated myself so much for gym unluckily last month my backbone got injured when i was doing deadlift ...i consulted a doctor n he after seeing my MRI report told me my spinal got hurt n i have problem for disc n so i have to take rest n sudn't go for gym atleast a year.......i want to continue so much n still even after one month i have so much pain n so couldn't do anything.....What should I do.....i want to reach my fitness goal so much n on the other hand my spinal cord n my pain????

      Sagar Amin same here bhai. I have got back stiffness. The moment I felt it, I stopped working out. But next day I did some yoga and cardio. Now it's been almost 4 days my back is still stiff😑

      Ohh...we feel tha...Chalo thik ho jayega...and we move on to continue wid working...but it's not the case...workout after getting backache worsens the fitness routine...so I though better to relax for a day or two...tc

      tushar Saini make sure the pain doesnt last long.. if it last fr long dnt do crunches that time.. you can do it another day..

      bhai calf hai.. lund nhi hai jo chahte hi tight hojaygi. keep doing it for months .. u will get tht . and yeah instead f doing it daily do it in alternative days. tht has more logic

    Nice video sir, gud information, sahi baat boli hai aapne, gym main heavy work out krke, job krte hai bnde log ya fir college etc. Or upar se raat raat bhar on mobile rehte hai so u share gud info. Sir Rest is important

      Karan Ghorai depends on your goal. is it fatloss or muscle building. If former and you are very lean 2500 calories diet bcaas glutamine. creatine. whey protein sound sleep of 8 hours and rigourous weight training.

    L4, L5 ke slightly right side.
    week me 1-2 din hota, bina kuch kiye, 2 saal exercise chodd bhi di thi,
    par tab bhi dard hota h.
