chetan kamble hello, both time is good, its all up to you when you are free, if you workout for 45min then just think about workout nothing else, like when you workout in morning then don't think that you have to finish your workout because u are late for office or school, college same in evening just concentrate on your workout nothing else otherwise you waste your time...

Sir I'm a big fan of fitness .....i dedicated myself so much for gym unluckily last month my backbone got injured when i was doing deadlift ...i consulted a doctor n he after seeing my MRI report told me my spinal got hurt n i have problem for disc n so i have to take rest n sudn't go for gym atleast a year.......i want to continue so much n still even after one month i have so much pain n so couldn't do anything.....What should I do.....i want to reach my fitness goal so much n on the other hand my spinal cord n my pain????
