Apologies on the late reply. So you have lots of options with 2 bedrooms and 2 bdr + maid rooms. Property Finder is the best option imo and if you have a shortlist, shoot them to me and I can give you my thoughts on the area in relation to your job/school etc. Some good options are The Pearl, including (Viva Bahriya & Porto Arabia), Lusail, Al Rayyan, Al Waab.
