Justine, trust me when I say this, the way you’ve been playing the game is perfect, see, in 6 months time, all the people with amazing islands won’t know what to do, but you’ll still be decorating, meaning the island is a whole lot more personal to you.

Cooking: From scratch, homemade bread, dinner from whats in your fridge and cabinets, hello fresh, What survival items you carry in your car, what basic items you would recommend to keep at home now with this virus thing going on, sneak attack on your sister, etc. You have plenty to do if you quit playing that game. :)
They need to make this more interactive, for example if you buy a soccer goal there should be a mini game of soccer. Or if you buy a desk you should be able to do drawings or something. If you buy a microwave or oven you should be able to make food to eat, if you have a bathtub you should be able to give them a bath, if you have a vanity/wardrobe you should be able to change their look, etc.

I remember I used to see lots of hate comments or more like sexist comments. hating on you and being very sexist and close-minded. That used to bother me so much. I see a bunch of youtubers just buy everything in nooks cranny just to collect everything, but personally I think the point of the game isn’t to collect everything it’s to customize and make your island and home your own. So I would just recommend to sell anything you don’t love and to design your house to be something beautiful and cute and *yours* instead of just a collection of things. Love you happy Easter 🐣🐰💞

To make the flowers breed together more often, you have to water them with the watering can or rain. They should be shining before you leave the game so next day they breed.

I suggest being careful with how many expensive bridges you’re setting down right now Justine :’)) you’re gonna have to pay a hefty amount of bells to demolish them if they end up being in your way when terraforming. Same goes with houses, be careful where they’re set down because you also pay to move them and the shops. Also omgg I’m in the same boat as you for the K.K Slider thing,,, we got the same sad timing of the fishing tourney + egg day
