I would plan a covert operation in the twilight to excavate that thing. It definitely seems like a megalithic tomb or monument of some nature. Who knows? Maybe even of Nephilim Rephaim nature...
Looking at those stones they do not look like a natural outcropping but like they have been placed there,maybe as a shelter for a bench/seat.As to the petroglyphs(at ground level?) Do they not look like they are upside down ?.They could be genuine local markings but when the stone was placed it was wrong way up. All the best as usual Jackson.
What else may be waiting to be (re)discovered in the Arkansas mountains. Nobody knows. I'm pretty sure some of the finds may cause history to be rewritten. Maybe that's why academics pay no or little attention to the region ? ...
