The Suzuki Gixxer 250 is powered by 249cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 26.5 bhp and a torque of 22.2 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Suzuki Gixxer 250 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Gixxer 250 bike weighs 156 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.
The Suzuki Gixxer 250 is a quarter-litre motorcycle from Suzuki and is a street-fighter version of the Gixxer SF 250. It carries majority of the aesthetic cues from its smaller sibling, but has much better road presence, thanks to the use of large body panels and better cycle parts. The Gixxer 250 gets LED tail and head lights. The turn indicators, however, still get the same old bulb setup. The neatly designed double-barrel exhaust canister looks pretty good on it. The bike is equipped with split seats and an instrument cluster that is easy to read in daylight as well during night.

I own the same model. Riding at 70 - 80km speed and i am getting a mileage of 38. Pushing beyond 80 and mileage drops to 36..still healthy for a powerful 250cc. Ride quality is superb. No vibrations. But that wind shield and horn are pathetic. Badly missing a slipper clutch on this bike
