Sirji since upto 1.25 nali land is permitted for outsiders to buy in uttarakhand what about pre-owned property(house) which spreads over lond more than 1.25 nali? I saw many properties listed which are over 2 nali, 3 nali land which falls in my budget and requirement. Can an outsider like me purchase it without any restriction? By purchaing I mean owning it in my name (not taking lease or something)

Duh!! I would rather invest 40 lakhs in renowned hotel chain like Country Inn that offers similar concept with higher ROI & other premium facilities. Apna resort bnane ke liye paise humse lera hai without land ownership. Dusri jagah land leke bnaalo apna with full ownership & own rules.
