The musical is AMAZING!!! Saw it a week ago and can't get it out of my head. Amazing music. Standing ovation. The realization of the image in my head of what Broadway is.
I just have to add that I am currently involved with a local community theatre performance of Kinky Boots and we open in two weeks. It is an incredible show for sure !!!
I think, however, that the number they should be using for promos is "The sex is in the heel". This is the closing scene and it makes sense with the entire musical preceding it.
Billy Porter can't sing he can SANG ! they make you jump out your seat amazing is an understatement by far one of my most favorite performers❤❤❤
I loved the original movie with Chiwetel Ejiofor as Lola, But the Broadway show looked a lot more fantastic! Great music!
