in my case, $9880 is maximum (I think), since my cash loot amount boost is 988%. It's kind of sad this run I only get $150k. Usually, I get like $260k+

I'm not sure how cash loot min-max amount work, but I often get 3.2k to 3.8k at minimum with this set-up

P sure its addative not multiplicative
The higher end zones already give more % cash find
At max you find on average $300 ish in SB outpost $400 highest so $300 x 100 to 1000 p sure you already hard capped it with zone bonuses.

1000% is not times 1000. 1000% is x 11. +100% means x 2, +200% means x 3, etc.
