As a NA fan this was indeed the best draw ever 😂😂
This is probably the best draw we've ever had. 2 EU vs NA matchups, one to advance to QF, we get LCK 2 and 3 vs LPL 2 and 3, which is the first real chance to see where exactly the LCK vs LPL regional matchup stands. And DK and WBG both gets easy matches which means next round could be super hype as well.
Somehow, some way, T1, FNC, and C9 will always matchup in the group stages.

The Western teams are very lucky. G2 got both 4th seeds from LPL and LCK, and then NRG. NRG had an even easier road to make quarters. G2 is the easiest opponent for them in the 2-1 pool. In the 1-2 bracket there’ll be at least one Western team to go up, and from the way these draws are going there are very good chances it will be another West vs West matchup.
Umm, G2 had an LCK#4 DK ,LPL#4 WBO, and then LCK#1 GEN.G. Not sure where you got them on the" being lucky, " argument (inaccurate) but sure. Regarding this draw, both G2 and NRG got lucky to not pull an Eastern Team.
