Sonic's chain was fully intact but tails chain had been rusted in one spot to where he could break through that one spot if the chain on tails was also not broken then they both would've had to chop off a leg
I just did some research, *they could have saved Sonics leg* It takes about 4-5 hours before a cut off limb bleeds out and it would take a long time to cut a chain with a knife unless this knife is serrated
I like how in the bad ending, tails tries to cut.off his leg but dies from the pain anyway, but in this version it shows the will power and what sonic has gone through to be able to sacrifice himself to save people, and will stay by tails side, even in the bad ending, he stays by his side.
Even if it's based off an fnf mod I find two things that aren't right 1. Sonic sinks all the way down since he can't swim. 2. Tails can't carry Sonic while swimming. The animation's good don't worry :]
