Only thing I disagree with as someone who's worked at Hilton is the timeframe you chose for progression. You can definetly move up the ranks more quickly if you are a good worker and have the ambition. Department manager (as in F&B or Front Office manager) in 5 years is more than achievable with a degree in the relevant field + additional courses. Other than that, great video!
