I was interested in the Kandi Cowboy, but then I hit a cluster of really concerning reviews where folks were having serious issues with the Kandi. I just wonder how true they are.
The cowboy has a 60 mile range so to put that into perspective plan on it only getting 40 miles of range running it hard and that's not even towing a load. I am from Canada so I believe 40 miles is probably about 60 km. Now to be safe you would never drive 30 Km into the bush and another 30 Km out you would be maxing out your energy and I'm very aware of this as I fly drones . To be on the safe side you would only go into the bush 20 Km and then another 20 Km out. You could cover 20 km easily in about 45 minutes now you do the math, that gives you well under two hours of operating time at full capacity and that's not towing a load. That's horrible compared to a gasoline motor. These electric UTV's have a long way to go.
