@@zackriden79 My bad, bro. I thought you just didn't understand how much houses cost. Turns out you also don't understand how much Hellcats cost. You see, little buddy, a Hellcat doesn't cost anywhere near $500K. Probably more like $100-150 max, assuming he got the Redeye with all the options. And no, his house may not be worth $500K, but it's probably still twice the price of a Hellcat.
Also, and this may be confusing for you (as I'm sure many things are), but judging the value of a house simply based on just the outside front isn't a good measure of how much the house is worth. For example, I know someone who has a small little rinky dink 2bd/1ba house in Tampa that's valued at around $400K. From the front you would never know it because the house is small and the front yard is small, but the land is actually worth a lot and the backyard is huge.
TLDR because I'm sure trying to read this much was difficult, but don't judge a book by its cover.
