    Very informative review. You did a great job showcasing the different conditions and explaining in detail without (being pretentious) the features and benefits the shoe.

    I just bought these for my wife. I might end up getting a pair as well! I usually hike in the Lems Mesa, but the upper mesh is far less durable than what this appears to be. I've had those Mesa shoes for like 3 years but I need to replace them after another few months of hiking.

    How would they do on wet asphalt or wet concrete? Would one have a tendency to slip or fall?

    Does this shoe soften/loosen up as it breaks in? I tried it, but found it pretty narrow and stiff - just overall not super comfortable, out of the box. Thanks.

    I totally love my Lems. I have had my primals for two years they are so lightweight and pretty much like wearing slippers. Took me about a month to get the foot strength for them though. Worth it.

    How soft are the soles of these shoes? Like as far as shock absorption goes?

    What is this "zero drop" meaning?

    How does these work for general gym use? (lifting, light running, etc.)

    • @ReviewOutdoorGear
      @ReviewOutdoorGear  Рік тому

      It would work well, but make sure you are accustomed to a low drop. It will stretch your Achilles tendon a lot of you have never worn zero drop shoes before.

    Hey bro! Thinking getting a pair to use as cycling shoes. What are your thoughts?

    • @ReviewOutdoorGear
      @ReviewOutdoorGear  Рік тому +1

      I used them for cycling for years and they worked great! Zero drop means that there is no thickness difference in the sole from heel to toe. Most shoes have a taller heel than the toe.

    When you ordered these did you order the same size you normally buy from other brands?

    If you’re still wearing them, how have they aged? Would you say the durability matches the price?

      Still wearing them today! I wear them almost daily and not a single stitch has come loose, the laces haven’t worn out, and the sole is still well glued on! The tread is just about worn down though because I use them when I mountain bike a lot.

    not enough width in those toes!

      It depends on your foot. There is plenty for mine but a wider foot would be tight.

    Their quality is very low. They have Walmart quality at Nike prices

      @@BS-pk9kw I have a pair of their boulder boots. You're paying a lot of money for a chinese low quality glued together shoe. My $20 water shoes are built more solidly than their boots

      I have owned numerous shoes from at least 10 different companies and Lems is by far superior quality for the price compared to others.

      Lems quality is excellent. I just bought a second pair of the V2 in a different collor because i like them so much. My only complaint would be the tongue shifts from side to side but that is with any non gusset shoe. A certain style of lacing will minimise it. Also the shoe laces will untie as mentionerd in the review but yeah quality is top notch and they are extremly durable.
