You guys should make a new wrap around for slap shots and everything that this one has. I have one. I love it it's a great product it protects my 1s LE very good and I think u guys should make another one

Should have a version just for road hockey. I'm tired of going threw a ton of sticks every year
I got 4 of the 2.0 rap arounds and they broke when taking slap shots but I thought that the 2.0 was good for that
How many is the melt thing and where do you get it
The tape should have been really warn down I have one and the tape doesn’t stay like that even with a shooting board

Honestly if I want slap shots and one timers I would use my shooting board and passer

I just have a feeling that it would feel weird
the slapshot thing is invalid, as most as the damage to the stick is from it scraping the ground, and ice doesn't scrape the stick

So the floor inside my garage is very smooth concrete. Not rough like a sidewalk or driveway. Do you think this same damage would be done to the wrap around if slapshots are taken from the smooth concrete surface? Friction is drastically reduced on the surface in my garage
PDPdrummer3229 i doubt you would need one tbh. this is for road hockey mainly. i just use my regular stick when im stickhandling on tile/ my pad in the backyard

It ruins it, that's the point. They're saying that even when you take 10 slapshots it completely ruins the wraparound and could affect the blade. That was the video right there

Call me an idiot, but I don't see the point of this product. I know it's mainly for road hockey but you can still take slap shots and one timers in road hockey right? If someone could plz tell me that would be great.

I bought one and it was a complete waste of money. It makes your shot terrible. It doesn't stay on the stick and is way to heavy.
We are sorry to hear you didn't like it! Feel free to email us on the website - we have a ton of good feedback from people but still want to know what issues people are having. Typically when we see messages like this its because it was installed incorrectly.
You may want to try the Blade Saver instead (it's on Amazon). It's a plastic tube with a slit in one side that you slide onto the bottom of your blade and tape on at each end. It's extremely light and MUCH cheaper.

Thanks for the feedback - our units are prices at just 10% of what most ice sticks cost...which is worth it just for that fact alone.
