The best way to get rid of sleep is to sleep on table only just by taking your head down for some time and at max it will take only 15-20 min to complete sleep and wash your face with cold water and then sleep itself will sleep

I swear I did this for my highschool exams, I would not sleep for an entire day, I would always at night, when I would start feeling a little dizzy would start taking round around the parameter of my bed while studying, if I still felt lethargic I would just do around 20-30 pushups, after that the dizziness just vanishes, provided I still had to learn while I was walking
