    The best way to get rid of sleep is to sleep on table only just by taking your head down for some time and at max it will take only 15-20 min to complete sleep and wash your face with cold water and then sleep itself will sleep

    I swear I did this for my highschool exams, I would not sleep for an entire day, I would always at night, when I would start feeling a little dizzy would start taking round around the parameter of my bed while studying, if I still felt lethargic I would just do around 20-30 pushups, after that the dizziness just vanishes, provided I still had to learn while I was walking

    When I feel sleepy while studying I set a 10 min alarm and take a nap sitting on the chair and head on the table.. it is so refreshing and energising method for me😉

    सबसे अच्छा तरीका है आप पहले सो ही लो, क्यों कि कोई भी उपाय कर लो आप नींद से जबरदस्ती कर के पढ़ नहीं सकते
    और अगर आप जबरदस्ती पढ़ोगे तो पल्ले नहीं पड़ेगा

    Meri taraf se bhi ekh tip :- Agar 7 ghante soote hoo aur fir bhi nind aati hai tho aap log uncomfortable jagah me betto jaise me zameen me padhai krta hu .. Aram se 5 ghante single run me padh leta hu .. 🙂

      You can drink coffee it's is an effective one and if you have self discipline then watch phone for 3-4 mins or even better just wash your face it will be refreshing this you can study
