hi... i love u just did there... i want to do that for an outdoor party.. its a bit warm outside.. do u think its a bad idea? and it ok to make it 2 days befor the event and leave in the fridge... or would it start sweating
Bad bad idea
I know it's already late, but yes you can keep it in a cooler, if not to moisty. to use it outside when warm is a risk. you can create the same "basket" out of tuile and it's not melting, but edible and looks good.

It is easier to drape the choholate over a dome of ice, as the ice melts it loosens the chocolatw
yes, but the chocolate losing then it's shine because of the water. if you spray it with a gold dust then ok.
