Don't count Korey Lee out. He's the number one right now, big strong guy, showed some long ball pop last year while improving defensively. With the Thaiss acquisition and Chuckie Robinson gone, guessing the new guy 'll be the number two while Teel and Quero get more seasoning at Triple A. Also no one ever mentions Trey McGough, the lefty pitcher the Sox got from the O's for Eloy, who's done nothing but shine at Triple A. A little old for a rookie but seems to have all the tools and right character to fit in with the new culture Getz claims to be looking for.
Hey, they can change the name to "Rover", for all I care, cuz I'll never call it by any rented corporate name. For me it'll always be Sox Park, or New Comiskey.
Sux losing Crochet but they obv need to expedite this rebuild. Considering Crochets short track record, I'm honestly surprised we were able to net as much as we did in the return. I mean his upside is obv but no denying-how short of a resume-he has. Teel is the most ready & most likely the best player in deal, but honestly, I have high hopes for everyone they got in the package. They really need to trade Robert. And sooner the better cuz he's prob due to get injured again & every time he does its gonna hurt his value. But you add what Crochet brought & the White Sox have built up a really solid top end farm system. And when ya add what they get from a Robert deal, and the next couple drafts, they are gonna be set up excellent to really start competing again in 2027-28'ish. When lot of these guys start getting promoted & then maybe can think bout flipping a few guys not in future plans to strengthen roster B4 finally solidifying roster with FAs. As for Red Sox, was a good deal for them even tho I think they paid hefty price for Crochet. But man is their owner an absolute tool bag. Despite the typical, occasional criticism of fans who often seen in a tough MLB market; Overall, the same fans, still had positive feelings towards him & all he oversaw ova the last couple decades. He truly had a chance to go out with a pristine legacy & would've been remembered fondly for quite some time. But he completely threw gasoline on his legacy is quickly burning it all to the ground. People began to say, I appreciate Henry for what he did up til 2018 but the last half decade I can't stand him & think he's an asshat for his neglect of the big league roster. But now, all the good will he earned thru the early 2000s up til 2018 is gone. It's used all up & now fans, don't even factor in those earlier yrs. A half decade of cutting corners and ownership malpractice will do that I guess. Now, fans truly hate him(as an owner anyways) and if he doesn't change back to old way, and continues handcuffing team like they a small market, they'll never forgive him & he will go down as 1 of the worst owners since that dude who not only sold the Babe, but literally took a match to entire franchise that set team back for decades til the Williams days. Even then, the curse lasted much longer & it was cuz that clown put other ventures(like theatres) above what's best for the city/fans/team. Exactly what Henry has done & I hope it's worth it for Henry, cuz he ain't taking that money with him. And the long lasting legacy he leaves behind is gonna leave a stain so big on his name, he is gonna be synonymous with what not to do as an owner of a franchise
Vaughn has to prove himself, now These 3 catchers all hit One plays first One is the DH One is the catcher They can all rotate We need bullpen help, badly

Teel catcher
Quero DH
Lee 1B/Bench
You are going to lose a lot of games with that plan. For this to work at least one of those guys has to be on another teams roster.
Vaughn has to prove himself, now
These 3 catchers all hit
One plays first
One is the DH
One is the catcher
They can all rotate
We need bullpen help, badly
