- Henry Cejudo demonstrates the Jiu Jitsu techniques of Penetration and Level Change.
Once your relaxed and alert, you're ready for the penetration step. As you step forward, drive your knee forward as your body goes down into position. Be aware of all the pockets your opponent exposes so you can get inside. Once you establish an open opportunity, go for it by stepping forward as you drop. Lift your your rear foot and move it all the way forward then and set it. You are ready for your take down.
Don't let your feet get too far apart. If needed, continue to adjust the distance between your feet by bringing your back foot closer to the front.
BJJ Fanatics was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your BJJ skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for BJJ Students who don’t look at BJJ as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

A free lesson from literally one of the best thank you sir
@Dragon Of The West some would put him top 5 mma all time. I wouldn’t. but he’s definitely one of the best in the world
@Dragon Of The West Gold medal olympic wrestler and the only gold medal olympic wrestler to win a UFC title.
@@ryanpatterson3900 it’s weird. He’s number 1 combat athlete. Olympics and 2 ufc titles. But I wouldn’t put him top 5 for either individually. More accomplished Olympic wrestlers. And as for UFC, top 5 is probably Jon Jones, GSP, Demetrious Johnson, Anderson Silva & Khabib. Volk is coming up too, so is Izzy, and Usman had a decent claim in his prime.
@@ryanpatterson3900Your forgetting cormier who is also a gold Olympian and former double champ like him but yh hes one of two and second to do it after dc
I heard this guy won a state title....he good.
he won gold at the olympics lmao
@@awayaway7119 woosh
@@awayaway7119 he was ironic
Idk bout that but he never killed a snake before
@@awayaway7119 i think he was being sarcastic

Gracias por todo! My boy is on his way!
Amazing
This is amazing
Thank you Sensei
Calling a Wrestling Coach Sensei 😂😂
crazy how it looks super slow most of the video then the last 30 seconds he does it full speed and it's like he's irl wavedashing

the man
Merci beaucoup !
Coach Henry. Why do you keep a rounded back like a “cobra” instead of the traditional head up back straight that I’m always used to being told?
You always want to be lower than your opponent when standing but straighten everything out when shooting in forleverage
When your girl gets mad at you for sticking it in the wrong place 1:38
Damn. What shoes is he rocking?
The squeaky boots from spongebob
Nice
My hips do not like this but they will get used to it pretty quick I think, start slow and build up 👍
always man, take the basics slow and easy till its integrated as second nature. Don't wanna develop bad habits which will prevent you from reaching an advanced level
@@yggdrasil523I completely agree with you. I started doing double leg takedowns with my head down as a BJJ white belt until someone finally noticed it 6 months later and corrected me. It took me nearly that long to break the habit. 8 years later and I’m still fine tuning. I really like the cheat step he demonstrated and can’t wait to try this tonight.
🙏🏼🙏🏼
Great lesson, but I'm annoyed by the fact that he didn't show it in fast, full-motion even once.
Triple C baby
Sir?... You mean, Sir Bernardo Faria of the Black Water
My goodness, he disappeared 4:44
Hóla Henry cejudo ; "Nó entiendo el inglés" traducción al español por favor...
Now teach me the sprawl
Change the description, these are not jiu jitsu techniques, these are wrestling techniques. People might find this misleading, you know?!
This is pretty common in juijitsu. Stolen from wrestling yes
They're the same. They are considered grappling
Not misleading this is used in bjj alot
Who cares
Yeah, I was thinking exactly the same. But then again, modern jiu-jitsu is just Catch wrestling anyway. No does traditional jiu-jitsu anymore, it'll get you no-where these days.
Great job but next time less farts.
fart
Talk to.much
thanks for the lesson
2:50
ROFL it sounded deliberate, farted as soon as he turned
lmao glad im not the only one who noticed
