Hi Jono, How would one go about adding specifications of listing to this process? I am working with niche tax codes that only apply to certain types of listings and selling prices, are there ways to weed them out from the rest using apify or make?

It’s not running through the listings it’s running through the agents though. How do you tie the agents to the listings in your video.

Looks great! How does it work for gathering data for non US real estate websites that are not big brand companies?

Hey, thank you! There should be other web scrapers on Apify you could use for different sites. Alternatively, you can also build your own custom scraper in Make.com. Here's a video describing that: ua-cam.com/video/tgHELlJ-EW8/v-deo.html
      Hope this helps!

Hi Jono, this is an automation I have been looking for as I have realtors who want to create marketing packages or brochures and don't want to do all the research, just a postal code or city.
I wonder, instead of Google Sheets, what other software could you use to do it and how you can sell the app?
I don't mind paying for the advice

Hey there, an option you could explore is creating a new Google spreadsheet per customer, which can be automated through Make.com. You could also try Airtable or Microsoft Excel (online) or a project management software like Clickup/Monday/Notion/Asana. Hope this helps :)

Is scraping data legal if a website’s terms of service ask you not to scrape?

Hey there, web scraping is legal, but going against the TOS depends on what the TOS says, the jurisdiction, and many other variables, but yes there would be some risk to it if you were pulling certain types of data from the wrong site

Why would we scrape the websites? Novice here

Hey, there's a bunch of different reasons. Could be lead generation, research, competitive analysis, monitor the cost of similar listings nearby, etc. Hope this helps :)
