Milk: 60g or 1/4 cup
Butter: 56g or 1/2 stick
Sugar: 4g or 1 tsp
Salt: 2g or 1/4 tsp
Flour: 68g or 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 5g or 1 tsp
Eggs: 100g or 2 large
Craquelin:
Room temp butter: 100g or 7 tbsp
Sugar: 100g or 1/2 cup
Flour: 100g or 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Matcha Whipped Ganache"
Heavy cream: 92g
Matcha powder: 30g
White chocolate: 135g
Cold cream: 250g
Apple Compote:
1 large apple peeled
Butter: 13g or 1 tbsp
Apple puree: 113g
