I think it would almost be impossible to do it with bumper in situ. It a tough job getting the bolts off so you need all the space you can get. It wrote up the job on 911uk.com, search for posts by cambjones with fabspeed and you should find it.

Did you really need to remove the rear bumper to install the exhaust?
