I’m not a structural engineer but I am a carpenter and I think that if the cabinet installers used big screws and successfully located the framing when hanging that floating media center it can hold about 4 full sized lumps. It’s still gonna get dusty underneath though.
I actually don’t mind the underneath bc roomba can get underneath there easily but still worry about the amount of lumpians that can fit on it

There is technology in the world called smart glass that somehow (I’m guessing electronically, rather than by magic) allows you to change the opacity or transparency of glass to your optimal level. Perhaps if Matty gets his ring, he can have it installed as a celebration. Forget Disney World, electronic private glass is where it’s at.
For a winner, I’m indifferent, as long as the game is good. If it’s anything like the playoffs, this may be a game of who has the final possession and which kicker is the most clutch.
Hmmm I always forget about that glass. I hope they have it here

This would be the perfect home if it had the Gwyneth Paltrow spa. I love the design of this home, though I could do without having Kylie as a neighbor.
I can understand the confusion in regards to the bathrooms vs bedrooms but think about having to walk across the entire house to where the rooms are go into one and use a bathroom instead of there being a few 1/2 baths spread through the property in spaces that need them like a pool house. in between the kitchen and garage or between the kitchen and living room.

Also, though I graduated UT-Austin, I went to LSU for 3 years. My whole family (besides me) graduated from LSU. However and in our defense, I’m older than Methuselah, and the LSU fans with whom I’m familiar are not terrible. I’ve heard some stories about recent fans from many SEC schools, though, so I see how you could get that impression.

Nice house but his old house in Michigan blew this one away, it was gorgeous and super modern.
The house completely lost me with the spiral staircase. All that square footage and they squeeze a set of stairs in a circle. No vibe for me.
Yea I don’t get it and also this big needs two sets of stairs
I love the design of the home, all wood glass & sleek. Hate the kitchen. Hate the spiral stairway, there's got to be an elevator or normal stairway there somewhere, you couldn't get your luggage down that staircase & don't even get me started on how dirty the walls will get with everyone trying to keep from getting dizzy. The tub is lol.
I'd only give this a 5 if there were a pool slide to make up for its deficiencies.

I’m confused about that tub- doesn’t he know how effective zoom technology is these days? If paparazzi are taking your bath photos for free from the street two miles away, there’s no way you’ll be able to sell them to The Enquirer for a premium price.
I don't know much about this Matt Stafford but if he's married and his wife takes a bath, those hills aren't going to stay hidden.
I appreciate the idea but in the yard, looking at the fanned out house, it looks like a bunch of separate houses stuck together. Doesn't do it for me. 4/5
