Till getting to sing All-In is crazy, but especially because the Hyuna and Till parallels were already there. Yes, you can be known as someone loud and rebellious with a boy who has a crush on you that he demonstrates in a way that will affect you permanently. They can both also sing this song really well. Love that for them!

someone pls correct me if im interpreting it wrong but i really feel a difference in the way hyuna and till sing this song. hyuna seems to sing it in a more upbeat way, because this song is all about being free and taking control of your life, and she does have control of her own life, she is one of the leaders of the human rebellion after all. but till sings it in a more angry way, because he has tried to oppose the physical and mental abuse of the aliens his entire life, but he is still not free. not only he still will be risking his life in the alien stage, he watched important people in his life die/go missing without being able to do anything about it, which makes sense for him to sing a song about rebelling while sounding so resentful (sorry if im just yapping😔)
I don’t agree that Hyuna’s iteration is fully upbeat as that washes away the complexity in her original version. Sure, it starts out flirty and cheeky but we see with each flashback towards the climax of the song how her composure unravels when remembering her past with Luka. Hyuna’s feigning of complete nonchalance and control is further challenged when we get to the bridge where she’s paralyzed by the sight of Luka on the advertisement, motionless, until Mizi manages to pull her back to the present and she finishes triumphantly but with an underscoring of melancholy over it all in her last verse. She goes through a similar emotional process as Till does in his version of an initial cockiness that devolves into a moment of desperation/hopelessness before ultimately ending on a higher note. Till definitely does sound more pissed/worn out but what you observe in his version already exists in the original, anyway. That’s why he was given the song to cover.
