- Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery is on the fire. The refinery located outside Philadelphia is the longest continuously operating refinery on the East Coast. Gasoline futures are moving upwards on the news.
I love how they immediately focus on talking about money first instead of lives. Goes to show where peoples real interests lie.
capitalism is always only about money. lives mean nothing, they are just another form of resource to generate money

@@dazednconfusedrn i have some bad news for you buddy.
Right now almost 2 bil. of people are moderately or heavily food insecure.
And ~700 mil. (roughly 10% of earth population) are severe food insecure.
which in total gives us ~40% of earth population with food issues.

Its also scary news
"It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia"... It's only 125+ year-old equipment...One of these days, something like this is going to completely level a sizeable portion of a city, long-term contamination of the surrounding environment guaranteed - and all those that were calling the corporate shots are going to stand in a daisy chain, pointing their finger at the next one...
It's the largest oil refinery ON THE EAST COAST. Not in the whole usa
Reporter: They just came out of bankruptcy.
Me: Ha! And now they’re back in it!
... I am sure they where insured .
Hope everyone there is safe and nobody killed. My prayers go to those courageous firefighters!
Official reports say there were only minor injuries
Gotta drive up summer oil prices somehow
They were already being driven up by the upcoming (hopefully not) war with Iran. That's the plan.
When he pauses he immediately processses how big the explosion is and realizes he has to work
Hope everyone is fine.
Who is here after the Lebanese Capitalcity explosion
Me
0:33 and you gonna- (strange feeling silence)
my friend lives a mile away he said the whole house shook like hell
I hope he wasn't injured 😞
The caption says "near philadelphia". Ha ha. No, that is in Philadelphia.
Strange. None of the cars on the highway even seem to notice.
What would you do if you noticed, drive off the road?
my goodness. this is sad news
good for some people
I hope no one got hurt 😔
Holy sh*t that was a huge explosion 💥 did you see the look on that news reporters face 😂
so pretty much these companies came together to bump up prices
So I want to throw something out there for you to check into ask if your computers heat structure that it pulls against its possession or technology is not fully developed inside of its own computer meaning that there's an alternate dome understanding within gravity or with them cleaning the air out of the manufacturers rooms
THank goodness for deregulations, now they can just wash all the waste into the river!

That vessel went FLYING
Tianjin singing: I’m not the only one!! ☝️
the cause needs to be investigated and all the interlocking corporate bs will leave philly with the bill one way or the other .... they filled for bankruptcy and blew up .... imagine that ... and it will raise prices ... imagine that ... who pays ... who profits ... it's all set up that way ...
Christ no wonder why there was smoke moving towards NJ?
This is what u call hell
Hmmm exactly a year ago
Where did that tank go?
if you look at 45 seconds in to about 49 seconds you can see a large splash on the left side where it goes into the water.
It was a 38, 000 pond chunk that flew 2100 feet across the Schuykil River. Thats about 10 cars worth of weight flying a half mile. Two other pieces, one 15,000 and another 13,000 flew hundreds of feet, but stayed on the refinery property. Just a bit of an explosion.
Sounds like the gas banksters are trying to raise and rig gas futures again. INSURANCE FRAUD
The real thing we should be talking about is why we're not using hydrogen powered vehicles? Hydrogen is easy to make (just need water and electricity) and extremely environmentally friendly.
Cus they don't make so much money out of that. Look up a couple of guys called Steve Meyer and Tom Olga on Google. Very interesting.......
Damon Garfield hydrogen generators are still not cheap enough, but they will be eventually
@@hailzanzibar4881 Hydrogen generators are super easy to build? Why would they be expensive?
Damon Garfield they’re not THAT expensive. The problem with hydrogen power is that it takes much more power to produce hydrogen than you get from burning it. For that reason, hydrogen could not solve the clean energy demand.
I ask Allah to protect people of Philadelphia and secure them from any harm. Amen

Basically a gas nuke

Iran... Is that you?
Lmao. How dare you acuse an american as iranian.
CyberFenix000 pretty sure the Jews have nothing to do with this
Seeing this in 2023 and I have to say it looked like a damn nuke went off
Yeah. It was probably Hydrogen Sulfide. Which is EXTREMELY flamable. Only thing it needs to ignite is oxigen and a good amount of heat not even fire.
I’m saying prayers
cool its like a nuke mushroom cloud without the fallout and radiation
Welp. Gas prices are about to jump.
Dont we have a mith alled refinrlery we can just pop vack online?
What?
Bois that's my dad out of a job
Noobgaming 679 bruh that’s not how it works my dad actually works there
And your dad is gonna get laid off if he didn't all ready my dad was told he was going to be laid off in a month
this is not the biggest refinery in USA, not even close. Nice research work CNBC
He did originally say it was the largest on the east coast, and that's stated on the company's own website. It was probably a misstatement the second time he said it.
I thought he said in the East coast.

As someone who likes nice things, I have to say it's disgusting how much people only care about money.
Its like a nuke
Thats, better than fireworks
what a scam. jack up gas prices on consumers
Wouldn’t it be better to just produce less instead of decimating your own facilities?
Probably some storage tank went kaboom
North Korea: Oh well, maybe next time
WHERE REATOR MELTDOWN?!?!?!
Price of oil gets to cheap global economic slow down but ig we’ll see if you artificially inflate oil will things keep chugging along.

How fallout started
I form Assam India.our state out of gass and Fair .
better fill up...every time gas prices get reasonable we have something like this happen.coincidence? of course not.
Likely the refinery dates back to pre-B&W TV. They need a new one so they go the insurance route to cover costs? What about down time for those places. I think someone is losing mega-dollars per minute when they aren't running. Looks good on them, I'd like to see one sweat, panic, then dive through the window of the 20th floor office. Watch Texas, see if they don't "lose one" today too.
Carlyle. ok.
I know! You should read my post above (~7 hours after yours).
Bankruptcy at the end, now getting rich on the insurance money, always very odd, when a company is in bankruptcy, al of sudden in all go’s up in flames..
That is terrible
Someone wants insurance money !
Shut off the fuel and the fire goes out. Probably one section out of many that produces refined fuel. Be back in action within a month or two. Means too much to have it off line. I own stock in Energy Transfer Partners. Just a blip in the downstream flow.
Yet another Refinery fire this time at the Marathon Refinery located in Carson near Los Angeles
mboiko - Yup, and it's always the same crap... Mainly a result of reduced routine maintenance and upkeep of the facility to cut operating costs... The distillation and molecular cracking processes of petroleum are very corrosive on the equipment over the course of time... All it takes is a small crack or break in a pipe, valve, or tank of some kind, and you've got this!
Anyone here beacuse of the explosion in beirut?
Wow
Very suspicious I think it’s a plot
0:29 wait for it until it explodes
is there a way you can fix that refinery
It looks like a ATOM BOMB exploded in this video! WOW!!!
Looks like insurance scam

Well gas prices will be going sky hi now.....its time for electric vehicles

Good stocks. They will need their need factory in China to boom though. If you don’t sell in China. Biggest market. Will be hard for them to compete

Refineries catching fire and exploding is sadly a common occurrence. That's why it might not have made the news in your area.
Russia, China and Iran did it!

Pretty crazy that RIGHT when there is a big push to go electric they make up gas trucks 30% more expensive and then all kinds of fuel infrastructure starts blowing up.

Since the Trump administration cut back the saftey regulations on the oil industry, we can expect to see more disasters like this.
As an immigrant, I hate Trump.
Trump is doing whatever his Jewish masters tells him to do. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump does another 9/11 to get a war with Iran (enemy of the Jews).
Not to worry Biden and Kamela are on the job😅
Not the biggest Refinery in America #FAKENEWS. They have multiple refiners in Texas and Louisiana that process well over 500,000 barrels a day. (ExxonMobil, Motiva and Marathon) But i think the Port Arthur Texas refinery (Motiva Enterprises) is the largest at 600,000 barrels a day. This one only does 330,000 barrels a day. Do a 5 minute google search #CNCB
He said east coast though.
