That’s the way that I do it. I haven’t found an easier way. You can gradually start creating sims and once you save them, they’ll eventually spawn in. You don’t have to make them all in one day.

When your done with the patient don't dismiss them it will give you a bad rating just bill and they will leave automatically. Also love the video😊❤
