I’m in no way a health expert or anything close to that, but she didn’t keep anything else in that freezer to let anything dirty into it.. so in theory.. it is edible. Even there is bacs present inside it, our stomach has millions of good bacs that could protect our tummy..
I have been anemic for so long and I crave and eat freezer ice. Turns out it’s just air that gets in the freezer with of course water condescension so it freezes into ice. As long as your freezer is clean you can eat all you want. It might hurt your teeth though. Hope this helps.

How About getting freezer frost in a cup and eating it right there in front of the camera with a spoon but I am talking about scraping the freezer with your cup that would be awesome because you are awesome eating all that ice even though I love eyes I could not eat ice like you or a frost
