What is the documented record that he was talking about??? There are no documents or records saying the ark of the covenant was taken to elephantine Island. What was Dr. Missler talking about? The Apocrypha 2 Esdras verified the Ark was still in the possession of the Persian empire at the time of Ezra and Nehemiah. Therefore, whatever Dr. Missler was referring to is false. Why would Dr. Missler make such false statements?
Not edras but pharoh neco, chuck believes he brought it to etheopia, it's been speculated since jeremiah on its whereabouts, i will suggest you listen to ron wyatt vid on utube where he claims to have found the ark of the covenant under golgatha, ron has made many biblical discoveries, if you're a believer than you should enjoy rons video, people refute him & call him a fraud but i 100% believe because every other discovery he made is true, happy trails!
@Maxtana5 2 Edras is a book in the Apocrypha. Ron Wyatt's own son exposed him as a fraud. Chuck Missler said, "IF THIS IS TRUE..." So, he knew Pharoah Neco did not take the Ark. King Josiah had the priests put the Ark back in the temple and told them it would no longer be a burden on their shoulders... meaning he put a guard around the Ark and did not allow the priests to ever remove it again. Nebuchadnezzar took the Ark to Babylon and Cyrus kept it during the Persian empire as well as Darius the great. 2 Edras in the Apocrypha verified the Ark had not been returned by Cyrus or Darius. And Chuck Missler knew all of this. So, why did Chuck Missler deceive everyone by spreading lies? I think God told him to keep it a secret.
I love Chuck's teaching, and I have been listening to him for over 25 years.... but he was so blind in a couple of areas that it makes me cringe! The 12 tribes are distinct in YHWH’S eyes, as scripture points put, even today. We may not know exactly who is who, but each tribe had their destiny and character. We shall see them all united again at the end, at 12000 from each tribe called out as special. Chuck, I look forward to these discussions with you after the resurrection!
