    Thank you for this! This was really helpful because even though I enjoy watching and learning from choreographed bachata dance videos, it doesn’t always translate over to the dance floor because - like you said - our hands are tied up by the leader! My question lately has been how can I include simple but fun styling in salsa & bachata when my hands are free such a tiny percentage of the time 😝 so this was really helpful!

      I am really glad you found it useful, and later i will make some more videos on functional styling 😉

      It is hard to learn styling from choreographies. Totally agree

    hi, Rasa....love your steps but could you please actually dance at the end (with music) so we can see how it actually looks. I saw another video of yours and you danced at the end using the steps and for us beginners I think it helps a GREAT deal .....THANKS

    Thanks Rasa. This is a super helpful video! I’m at improver level and working hard at getting my bachata to better. Clear instructions and styling that looks very nice and not too hard. Love it!

      @@DanceWithRasa well, actually, I have one question: normally when I am dancing by myself at home, let's say, practicing, I find that I can follow the music very well, and random steps are coming up without thinking, so I feel I am doing it good but then, later on, when I am on social, I mean, on dancing floor, nothing of this is going on, it is like I only do what I have been told in lessons. My question is: is that normal? Will it be a stage that I have to pass throug?

    • @DanceWithRasa
      @DanceWithRasa  4 роки тому

      It is so normal, happens even to the best of us. When we are practicing aline there is no pressure, nobody's watching so we do so well, we relax more, as soon as we on the dance floor we want to do great so we over think it rather then letting it come to us. But i promise with time things will progress when you will be happy with your dancing more, but give it time, and keep practicing 😊im here to help any time 😉
