In India this wouldn't be considered a pothole. And all cars basically have a ground clearance of 120mm or more. So this wouldn't affect. In India pothole is where you have to search for the asphalt amid the holes and it literally looks like we're driving on the moon

If you're following a car and you see them scrape or you notice the hole is deeper than usual you better attack it at an angle so you don't scrape anything.

Yes we have really bad roads in the rural areas, so we learnt how not to scrape the underbelly on the broken tarmac.

It's painfully clear to see people who have never driven a lowered car. I drive a car that you cannot fit your hand sideways between the front bumper and the ground and I still would have managed to not scrape here.
