My one year old accidentally clicked on this video and so I thought what the heck I’ll just listen to it. Now I’m thinking it wasn’t an accident.

Wow. Your one year old is closer to AllThatIs than you, cuz s/he just came from there. They just can't talk yet, but they know what they want. There's also no conscious mind yet, just a wide open subconscious. Apparently s/he wants positive subconscious programming.
It wasn't on purpose. Bless you and your 1 (maybe already 2) year-old. :)
I saved this on watch later some months ago and I suddenly decided to listen today, I can't believe I've been missing out on such important information. I wish more people could listen to Paul Simon, he's fun and talks ina pace that gets everyone to pick every word he says. I'm going to listen again and again. Thanks for uploading it.

I am the two voices that our constantly talking inside you. Both child and parent with a constant back and forth self talk. The child is you, the parent is the voice of every authoritative person in your life. The child in you processes 300 words a minute and the parent in you processes 3000 words a minute and this creates much confusion. To control both voices is to be master. The moral of the story is to 👮♀️ police your self conversion. And we all lived happily ever after, thee end.
350 to 450 spoken words we speak per minute.... versus 3000 concepts....wow...that was my ahha moment.....
It's a good thing to learn at least one foreign language in order to make your self-talking really amazing.
I speak 4 languages and Now I think I have a split personality.

I hired someone on fiver to say each affirmation 1st in English then in Russian, and I am gonna learn the phrases in my sleep and when I'm driving

I saw a man who seemed to have Paul's eyes looking straight at me at a meeting in a church basement just the other day. It was a quick, odd, and remarkable moment. We are all one anyway, you know. ☺

The formula he states seems valid. I think you can strip his political and social views away from the formula. You don't have to want to feed the world as he espouses, maybe that's something that most people would want, but you don't have to want that to use this technology to learn how your programming controls your life. From listening to this, then, you may conclude that your JOB in life is to decide what you want and then learn to edit your current programming to match that. Maybe you won't. There will be many distractions, very complex and sublime distractions that want you to think, talk and do about those distractions, furthering the goals of others, maybe not yours. Anthony Robbins said that you must advertise to yourself, or else the other outside advertising will take you over. I think the self-talk concept speak to this. The key then, is practice...right? I you listen to this and do it once...you feel good. But if it stops there then the former programming is still running strong. But how will you make these new statements part of your auto matic programming? How do advertisers do it? repetition, inducing emotional states , etc. How do all effectors do it? Churches, media, seducers, motivators? They access your emotions and then inject the message. So now, you might get that this is a do it to yourself project. How will you accomplish this each day?

I have always been a were of my self talk from day one. it was always a adult . And I can remembers when we let them know we were enlightened .
I want to get to the point where I am constantly talking to myself, in my head, in a positive way. I'm a believe that most of what drives us is located in the subconscious and that they conscious mind is only there to program the subconscious.

Everyone did not have the "emperor" or centre of the Universe experiece. Some experienced severe physical, emotional neglect and deprivation of essential needs. Adequate food, positive connection or influence from Mom/Dad, siblings.
I think that he was speaking in general. It's understood that some children are born into abuse. Sad as that may be. It's hard to make an example that covers everyone's experience.

I'm on board My friend. BUT when you start talking about Redistribution of food and walls keeping people out as if it's a "simple as that" idea.. You are now speaking incorrectly and without the knowledge to express useful information to the listeners. Speak about thinking correctly and I totally agree! And Thank you for doing so! Love it.
Please though, keep the political and economical ideas to yourself or better yet, learn about how those systems Really work and why they are in place, THEN have some ideas to express about them. It's easy to see the energy change in the talk from... Stuff you know about (energy and thought) and when it breaks down into a lack of knowledge for the more physical realm of things (food,walls,countries,distribution).
