I believe the formula for the raw answers needs to be corrected. It comes up as an error when you input to botpress.

Great explanation, but can AI transitions be added here? Instead of a KB question, could the user directly say "book" and be sent to the booking node with an AI transition?

Knowledge answering is enabled on a per-card basis, you can find this setting in a capture card.

This answer is coming from the knowledge base - hence why in this video we pull the "raw answer" from the knowledge base query.

Okay... i have three more questions. first one is using ai task to answer user question is more professional than using capture info cards right? second if I just use raw input capture info card is my bot still count as an AI chatbot? and the third one is when I try to use ai task to answer user questions it is answering irrelevant questions, for example my bot's knowledge base is about tattoos and ai task was answering about rabbits etc...
