I just got this 4K Action Cam. It has similar features to my GoPro Hero 4! Not as solid or heavy as the GoPro and the audio is weak but otherwise works fine for 1/3 of the price! Am also using all the mounting accessories in the bundle for my GoPro, except for the battery, charger and external mic. The 4K Action Cam is an excellent value for the price for the beginner!

@@b4f495 yes! You can put the GoPro bottom holder on to the waterproof case that it comes with and take it anywhere but I recently discovered that it's not really a hundred percent waterproof to like my GoPro case is!

Hi, in settings you can try to update firmware version (if any update is pending). Sometime software will be auto updated when you reset to factory settings.

KIMY MOTO hi, you can use XDV app for videos backup and it will work. If not then first try to copy your videos from SD card to your PC/Laptop and check whether video is playing or not.

Hi, you can remove the battery and insert once again and if the problem still the same then you can check charging option, sometimes when you plugin it doesn't charge the camera. Let me know if you face the same problem after this.

Hi, I have a problem with the same camera. Record only 5 minutes and automatically generate another file equal to 5 minutes. Can it be my unit or did it happen the same?
Hello, you can record continuously in this camera. You need to off loop recording of 5 minutes under settings , once it off you can record nonstop. If looping is on, videos will be divided every 5 minutes. Hope it works..
