    The OLA Electric team sent engineers from the Pune service center to change the front fork on our S1 Pro electric scooter. In this video, Kamlesh from PluginIndia shares some observations on the upgrade process and also gives his comments on Bhavish's blog.

      Technicians should've brought Puller instead of hammering the threads ?
      Are you sure, the threads of the bolt are intact ?
      And do improve your ability to show data.
      Could've put side by side pictures of both parts to highlight the differences.
      Just shooting back and forth everywhere, are you from movie 'Bean' ?

    Sir I'm from pimpari Chinchwad in 3 months of ola S1 pro buy battery get dip discharge and ola say to u have to pay for battery change please help me to deal with ola

      Deep discharge is owners responsibility. Clearly written in ola manual. Ola won't cover. You need to pay

    The problem is that these new startups don't have the heritage and experience of legacy manufacturers
    So even if they try to provide their customers with best products they won't be able to make up for it.
    Don't know what's gonna happen to ola e car if they aren't able to find solution for their lack of experience

    Hi brother,,some of known persons says ,after new front fork upgrade ,,fork oil leakage done.

    Ola should not be in a hurry to change S1 suspension instead work out a totally new suspension unit like Honda & Tvs to hold the front wheel from both end with an axle, having a great innovative technical team to come up with new extension unit to existing rod as explained above then take up this drive once for all with a satisfactory design because S1 going to rule the world ..

    Sorry but there was no campaign against them. The safety issues were real and innocent lives have been lost because of it - people have died!

    i bought the ather 450x in hyderabad for 1.7 lakhs in feb 2023, no one is believing the actual scooter cost 2.3 lakhs including the subsidy. My wish let the simple one hit the roads soon, let the simple one is a lesson to ather soon.

      No man Simple one isn't good enough to compete for Ather
      Only point is Range
      Built quality is not that good as that of Ather n Ather is in the market for 6 years so here is the strong point for it
      N Simple one only launch it's scooter in 2021 but till now no delivery

    I tried several times to book a slot for replacement of the front fork of my Ola S1 scooter, but the app is only throwing googlies instead of giving options to book a slot. Is Ola serious or it's another publicity gimmick?

      Many people have booked slots, got confirmation date and time from OLA. Update app. Try again and check.

    Their customer support in terms of simple things like communication, inefficient and incompetent problem resolution, lack of communication, lack of acknowledgement about a resolution of cases, mo record-tracking of existing and un-solved cases, long Turn-Around-Time for change of account details, lots of app & website bugs, long accessory purchase waiting period, hard-selling warranties for each set of parts instead of one universal warranty for everything, are some of the BIG issues that I faced in the last one year. I no longer recommend Ola to anyone unlike before. Without customer support there is no company and there is no positive experience. Product alone won't run your show. Bhavish Aggarwal sucks.

    *Where is the FORK?* It has just a single SPOON... to hold the wheel... joint to some kind of shitty assembly which is easy... ONLY for replacing a tyre. Auto-rickshaws have similar but better kind of "front-wheel-spoon" assembly.
    It should have at least this much:

    With single arm... the joint itself should be at least 6inches long... even then stability is not guaranteed... Double arm is safer & more comfortable with better shock absorbing capacity (like the one Ather has).

    Mr. Bhavish is encouraging UA-camr goondas agents who are admins of Ola community whatsapp and telegram groups.
    These paid agents will kick you from the group if you post anything negative reviews about ola scooter. This is happening in Mumbai region these paid goonda's are working for ola for artificial reviews.
    Please mind it ! I am not telling you as you are presenting a genuine problems and rectification made by ola
