17 actually. And yes I still think it's cute. They were a beautiful couple who truly loved each other. Besides this is a post-apocalyptic world. The laws and/or morals of appropriate age in relationships don't really apply anymore. In a world where everything is destroyed and there's nothing left but chaos there are no rules.
