That Bird magic rookie is awesome!! That is the card that started me down the autograph craze...many years ago! I thought can you imagine having all three of those legends signing one card and bam I got it done!
Mike, i think the Bird/Magic rookie is a Top 10 card, maybe Top 5. It’s iconic for so many reasons. The 3 panel perf card is unique and unlike any card before and after. You have Bird, Magic and Dr J on the card so it’s the 3 players who revitalized the NBA in the 70’s:80’s. Remember the NBA Finals in the early 80’s were still on Tape Delay because the sport was just not popular among the masses. I have that card in a PSA 5 and it’s one of the crown jewels of my collection.
Looked like a good show. Congrats on the pickups, Mike and if I ever get into basketball cards, the Bird/Magic rookie is the main one I’d go after. Top 10 for sure
I would have gone to this show today if I didn't have to work this morning. Hopefully, he looks more south of Dallas, between Duncanville, Midlothian, and Mansfield. For the people living south of Dallas, it's a long drive to Frisco. No one ever does shows more towards the south these days. That Bobby Jones 8 is an insane card. Holy crap!!!!

For me, the Bird/Magic/Dr. J card is all-time in the top 5 of basketball cards. I bought one about 10 years ago in similar condition and had it graded by psa recently and it got a 6. It has some of those black dots on the right on Magic’s border.
Congrats on picking up the Magic/Bird rookie. During the Smackdown video that was one you said you wanted to pick up. Glad you were able to pick up that sweet card from the childhood.
