No it isn't, the archetype is goblin biker, scrap goblin is a scrap card

@@virgiltank3640 the archetype isn't goblin it's goblin biker, the only synergy is that mean merciless specials a goblin but scrap goblin literally does nothing for goblin riders. It's a scrap monster not a goblin biker monster.
